We have a double room to let in a lovely house in Splott. The house is clean and tidy and has plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The room is available immediately.
Currently living in the property are Rob, Becci and Rudie the cat so people with cat allergies probably would not like to live here.
We work full time and our hobbies are going to the cinema, cooking, baking, eating out, cycling and socialising. We like to go out sometimes but are not week night party animals do not worry!! We are looking for someone like minded to move in, who works and likes to pay bills.
