3x Dbl rooms -£350/mth all bills in fun prof house

We're two fun, friendly and sociable girls (25) who are moving into this 5 bed house and looking for three other like minded people (male or female) to join us.

Rent is £350 per month which includes gas, elec, water and council tax. (The only extra is broadband/tv - this works out to be an extra £5-10/mth.)

Each contract is individual and the bond is £350.

The house has been damp-proofed and is well insulated. Its fully furnished too and each room has its own double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We both work full time but like to enjoy ourselves on the weekend and let our hair down.
