We are two girls and one boy who have just graduated and looking for a fellow professional to fill a spare room. We are all easy going and would like someone willing to be part of our house.
The house is situated on Daniel Street at the back of the CO-OP on Crwys road so very convenient shop wise.
It has recently been renovated excellently with a lovely spacious lounge / kitchen area. There are two toilets, a shower and a bath with a shower too so we wouldn't be fighting over that first thing!
The bills are pay as you go but the TV license and broadband is all included.
