Furnished Double Room / Roath / 270pcm

Hey,

Me (Ashley) and my flatmate (Ben) have a double room to rent in a 3 bed house due to the other tenant unfortunately dropping out. We are 2 easy going and tidy 2nd year male undergraduates studying at cardiff uni, I'm doing genetics and Ben is studying Biology.

The house is located in Roath, about a 15 minute walk to uni and even less to the nearest train station, and again around 15mins into cardiff town centre. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a lounge and a small garden. Bills are not included but rent is 270 a month, starting as soon as possible, or in september, whatever is easiest, untill the end of june 2015.
