Great room in a friendly house

Our wonderful housemate has selfishly decided to get married and we are therefore looking for someone to take her room. We have a three bed house that we have now been in a year. The house is really lovely, it is three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room, it comes with all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher etc) and we also have a cleaner and Netflix (the important things). It's 10/15 minutes walk from the city centre, 5/10 minutes to Roath park and 20/25 minute walk to the hospital. The rent is £290 for a double room plus bills. You would be sharing with myself and Gaz, we both work full time and enjoy the normal kinda stuff (music, food, films, sport and excerise and the odd night out etc). We are both pretty relaxed and get on well. While we like hanging out we each have our own stuff going on. Neither of us are clean freaks, but we are house proud enough that we keep the house clean and tidy (with a little help from the cleaner....) and make sure the bins go out on time.

We a re looking for someone to take the room on from September, but may be able to get you in the end of August, we could discus it. Please get in contact if you want any more information or to come look around.
