2 Double Rooms available in large, friendly house!

Hi Everyone

Me, a 25 year old grad working in civil engineering in Llandough, and Debs, a 24 year old grad working in marketing, are looking for 2 new housemates!

This time 6 months ago we were both searching for a house with 2 other grads, we found a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house which we now call home. But sad to say, the other two are moving on and moving out.

There are two rooms available, a spacious double with a large window overlooking a quiet street (£325 pcm) and another large double with a built in wardrobe (boiler room with make shift hanger rail!) (£325 pcm).

The living room is very large with traditional hardwood floors, the kitchen is recently refurbished with a centre console and a huge fridge which makes ice! (great for cocktails!) There is also one shared bathroom.

There is a gym 200m down the road which is only £22 a month, which we both go to, if that’s not your thing then they also have a bar!

We didn’t know each other this time 6 months ago but met for a drink and everyone seemed likeminded, chilled but up for a laugh and all pretty much on the same page :) so hopefully their replacements will be pretty cool too!

Anyway, so does this sound like something you’d be interested in? We need to find people to fill both places by the end of the month with tenancy starting on 4th September.

We are ideally looking for 1 female and 1 male to keep it balanced.
