Double Room 10 minute walk from City Centre

The room is a medium sized double room, complete with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house itself has a good sized front room and dining room with all the usuals, a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a bath and with a shower over it. The living room also has a projector and screen (because, why not).
It has a small back patio area, but also backs directly onto a park so if you fancy a game of footie or frisbee that's probably better.

The room costs £320 per month. This includes rent, council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence & super quick Virgin broadband.

2 minutes walk from Splott road which has all the shops you may need for early morning milk runs, takeaway or evening chocolate runs.

It's not a party house, we like a beer but also have proper jobs with alarms that go of in the AM. If you enjoy a drink in the local pubs (with a bit of pool thrown in) then great. If you have a habit of crawling early morning hours every so often, not a problem, as long as you don't mind when we do it!

Current residents are James (27) and Leanne (29).
James likes watching TV and minimal energy sports like golf, pool, and winding up Leanne.
Leanne likes dancing, doing cross-stitches, and going to the gym.
We also have two little cats, both of whom flick between being incredibly affectionate, and thinking it's their god given right to sleep wherever or on whatever they please.
