Pontcanna professional house share

Hello,

Me and my Housemates are looking for another person to share our lovely home with as one of our housemates is unfortunately moving out due to buying his own house. We are looking for someone who's easy going, clean, and sociable who we can get along with.

The house is in Pontcanna with great cafes and restaurants nearby. There is on road parking and is only a 25 minute walk to town.

The house is a lovely old house with original features. The house is nice and spacious with Lots of storage, two bathrooms, and a quaint little garden which is always nice to enjoy a bottle of wine in.

Bills are not included, but come to roughly £100 per month. Deposit required.
