1 Double Room in Professional Houseshare,

I am looking for 1 housemate aged between 24 & 30 to join me and new housemate Daniella in a lovely rented 3 bedroom end of terraced house on Africa Gardens, Gabalfa, there is 1 double bedroom available for full time professionals only. (No dss, no students, no part time workers) This house is currently undergoing some redecoration so not all photos available just yet. Close to the UHW and City Centre, and many shops, restaurants etc.

It's a very large property with a furnished living room at the front of the house overlooking lovely gardens, a good sized kitchen/dining room longer term plans to replace/modernise within 6 months, but looking to do it sooner rather than later, flooring will be replaced at the same time, a utility room, a shared small toilet and seperate shower, and garden/patio to the rear of the house. There is also an upstairs shared shower room (no bath). There is no broadband at the moment but the landlady is happy for us to get it installed by a provider of our choice. The street is primarily made up of residential parking, permits can be obtained from Cardiff Council.

There will be a security deposit of £316 to be held in a DPS account, rent of £355 pm includes council tax, all other bills shared between housemates.

Refs from previous landlord & employers ref/evidence of payslips will be required.

We both work in UHW and looking for a professional with similar interests who are interested in socialising within the house and not just a room to rent, but also to respect private & quiet time, and willing to keep a clean & tidy home.
