There are excellent public transport links to the rest of Cardiff and beyond. There are a number of shops close by including a local Tesco store.

Each room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and a mirror. Wood flooring has been installed.

The house has a lounge/diner for eating and socialising, with a flat screen Chromecast enabled TV, plus a well equipped kitchen. There is a separate utility area with washing machine, and tumble dryer.

High speed wireless internet is available in all rooms.

The paved rear garden has a BBQ, washing line and furniture. A secure store is provided for bikes.

There is a separate shower room on the ground floor for use by the ground floor tenants (2).

First floor tenants (3) share a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin plus a separate toilet with washbasin.

The street is residential with local supermarkets, takeaways, and other retail shops nearby including a Tesco Metro. There is on street parking with NO restrictions and the road is quiet.

We require a £300 Deposit which is held by the Deposit Protection Service plus 1 month rent in advance of moving in.
