Large double room fully furnished with built in wardrobes, bed, desk, chest of drawers and a bed side unit. House share with 3 professional females. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Also has a small patio back garden. The room for rent is my room as I am moving out and need to find a new tenant. The Landlord will have to approve of the prospective new tenant before anyone moves in. The rent is £340 pcm and includes all bills except broadband and tv license. There is Virgin Media broadband at the property which all housemates pay £6. 50 pcm for and the money is paid to the person who's name the broadband is under.
