House Chum Wanted!

Hi, I'm Rachael one of the current house mates.

A double room has just become available in our lovely house.

Kirsty and I are looking for a housemate who is:
- non-smoker
- no night/afternoon shift workers
- tidy & clean
- considerate of others
- friendly & sociable
- a friend as well as a housemate
- enjoys the occasional night out, and also the quiet nights in with a cheeky bottle or two!

We live in a 3 bed town house (new build), with laminate floor throughout, large communal lounge and conservatory and a great back garden for bbqs and the odd day of sunbathing.. when the sun decides to show its face!

Your room is on the 1st floor and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers so plenty of room to store your things. You will share a bathroom with Kirsty, however there is a communal shower room on the top floor.

Total Costs:

Deposit - £280 & 1 month rent - £280
Monthly Amount - £375(includes; sky, gas, electric, broadband, council tax. Water is paid quarterly).
