The House:

A four bedroomed house with two bathrooms, a living room, a very large kitchen / day room, garden and a small box room currently used for extra storage. The house is a Victorian Bay-fronted house but the interior is modern and well finished.
The house is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and just a five minute walk to Roath Park and Roath recreational area. There are also many public transport links nearby.

The Housemates:

Three professional women who like to make this house a home! We are all very friendly and sociable people who enjoy spending time together, though we all appreciate peace and quiet during the week. An ideal house mate will be clean, considerate of other house mates and will be social within the house. This is a family - style home with a nice atmosphere and in line with this we would like to find someone who isn't just a house mate but eventually a friend!
