Double bedroom on Harriet St, Cathays

This is a spacious, light room with friendly, outgoing housemates. Bills are not included in rent but are fairly cheap, on average about £50-60 every 3 months.

The location is ideal for a student, as Cathays is both the central hub for student life in Cardiff, and very close to all University buildings. Close to shops, supermarkets, less than 5 minute walk from the student's union, and 15 minute walk from town.
The kitchen has a washing machine, and a four burner gas hob oven. There is also a spacious living room with 2 sofas to relax on.

Other housemates are 3rd year students, so will be spending a lot of time working towards their respective degrees. However being students, they'll still be going out a fair bit.
