Double room to let

We are seeking a female student to share with.

One ground floor double room spare in our quiet 4 bedroom house in Gabalfa, Cardiff.
You will be sharing with two friendly, quiet, clean and tidy female mature Cardiff Met students aged 25 and 28.
As our courses are quite demanding, the room would be best suited to a female mature student in a similar situation or looking for a similar living environment.
Contract is for 5 months from February until June, and there is the possibility of extending into the summer.
Rent is £260pcm and bills (gas, electric, water and internet) usually around £40-50 each month.
Deposit is one month's rent, also there are one-off agency fees of around £40.
