Looking for someone to take over the tenancy for my room in a lovely house share due to moving back home.
The rent is £300 which includes council tax, other bills are usually £20 per month.
Room comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers, table, wardrobe and bookcase.
The kitchen has all the usual furnishings and the property has a share living room which is kept nice and tidy.
