We are looking for a laid back, clean, tidy, professional to share our three bedroom flat. The flat is situated in Whitchurch, lively area for professionals and a few yards from llandaf train station which will take you to the centre within five minutes.
Our situation; I am a mature professional who spends the majority of my time staying with my partner. My daughter is a 3rd year psychology student based in swansea.
What we are looking for is someone who is trustworthy, who essentially will have the free run of the flat but accepts we will pop back and forth from time to time. £320 a month includes all bills including internet and basic tv package.
