Monday to Friday let close to city centre

Hi, I'm a teacher looking for a flatmate. Ideally monday-friday but the occasional weekend is no problem. I'm generally quite busy and not around much in the week so you may have the place to yourself quite a bit. It's a ground floor flat and my neighbours are pretty good. Parking is on the road but there's always a space! There are local shops nearby and a bus stop nearby although I've never used it as town is walking distance. Ideally I would like a m/f similar in age. It's a decent sized double with a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Please contact me for any further details
