Hi Guys!

There is a room available in house share, 7 Manor Street, Gabalfa (Off whitchurch Road). Situated just around the corner from the Heath, local shops, restaurants also extremely close by. The house has 4 bedrooms in total, the bedroom itself is a smallish double room. The house has one bathroom and a separate shower room, a living room, dining room, kitchen, small garden, outdoor washing machine, virgin TV and wifi etc. The house is my Uncles who I manage the property for.

Bit about us- We are 3 girls, all in early twenties ... All professionals. We are all very easy going, all very clean & tidy, but we do like to party on occasions!! We also have a rabbit called Neil who lives out in the garden, he's fairly laid back but can get a bit rowdy after a drink.

The rent is £260 pcm. Bills are not included, and at this time of year are averaging around £70 so total price is around £330 pcm. The room is available now, viewings are welcomed at any time.
