Rent is only 380 quid per month, payable monthly in advanced and it's all inclusive - gas, water, heating, electricity, washing machine, wireless broadband internet, personal off street car parking space, cleaner and even council tax!

The house is located in a quiet modern street in Canton, only 20 min from the city centre. There is a big ASDA within easy walking distance, as well as Marks & Spencer if you prefer something just a li'l bit fancier.

House is lovely (but then again, don't just take my word for it - come and see it for yourself) and the Doc who's going to be your roomie (or housemate, more properly) is an easygoing chap with manners unlike those of the (in)famous Dr. Gregory House, M. D.

But wait, there's more! You'll have plenty of closet space in the room. There's a shed for your other stuff. You'll have shared access to the kitchen, and the lounge with huge telly and the latest SkyBox.
