Huge Double Room Available In Sociable Houseshare

We're looking for a fun, sociable housemate who is keen to live in a place that’s more of a home than just a house!
It is a beautifully built, modern house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Atlantic Wharf. It’s in a great position – ten minutes walk to Cardiff City centre, about ten to Cardiff Bay, and with lots of local cycle tracks. It has its own off-street parking space, and on-street parking is free and de-restricted.
Spread over three floors, it has four bedrooms, a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, downstairs washroom and utility room. There’s also a south west facing garden (perfect for summer barbies and a bit of sunbathing), and also a shed for bikes etc.
The room is on the first floor and very large. It includes a brand new double bed (not shown in photos as current housemate has moved his bed out), huge triple wardrobe, bedside drawers, large shelving unit, desk and mirror. The room is L-shaped, so it's a bit tricky to photograph and see its full size - happy to send more photos.
The rent includes all bills, including Now TV Entertainment and Movie Passes, and wireless fibre. The whole of the downstairs has recently been completely renovated.
Ideally we're looking for a like-minded, non-smoking housemate - who will be independent but also sociable - up for wasting some evenings working through some TV box sets, or heading into town for a few drinks (when we finally can).
Current housemates Dan (geologist), Dan (administrator) and Pete (cancer charity worker) all separately moved in about a year ago.
We enjoy the typical stuff people write on these things – going to the gym, cinema, and pub. Happy with either a male or female housemate.
With everything going on as it is, we're happy to do viewings either remotely over Zoom / Whatsapp, or in person. We're aiming to do them next weekend (9th + 10th July). We’d love to show you around, so you can decide whether it might be somewhere that suits!
