Huge Double Room in Amazing Central Location

We're looking for a fun, sociable housemate who is keen to live in a place that’s more of a home than just a house!
It is a beautifully built, modern house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Atlantic Wharf. It’s in a great position – ten minutes walk to Cardiff City centre, about ten to Cardiff Bay, and with lots of local cycle tracks. It has its own off-street parking space, and on-street parking is free and derestricted.
Spread over three floors, it has four bedrooms, a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, downstairs washroom and utility room. There’s also a south west facing garden (perfect for summer barbies and a bit of sunbathing), and also a shed for bikes etc.
The room is very large, and is on the first floor. It includes a king size bed, large treble wardrobe with full length mirror, shelving unit, and desk. It looks out over the front of the house.
The rent includes all bills, including Now TV Entertainment and Movie Passes, and wireless fibre.
Ideally we're looking for a like-minded, non-smoking housemate - who will be independent but also sociable - up for wasting some evenings working through some TV box sets, or heading into town for a few drinks.
Current housemates Pete (medical writer), Callum (project manager), Luke (hospitality) all separately moved in about over the last few years.
We enjoy the typical stuff people write on these things – going to the gym, cinema, and pub. Happy with either a male or female housemate.
We're happy to do viewings either in person or over Zoom / Whatsapp. We're hoping to do viewings on Wed 10th and Sunday 14th June.
