Housemate wanted for friendly house share

We are two girls (and a cat called Gizmo) looking for a friendly 3rd housemate. We are both pretty active, I play tennis, climb and occasionally surf (badly!) and Lauren goes to the gym and does triathlons. We also regularly spend time together, watching films and having BBQs in the summer. So we want someone who will be part of our cosy little house! We are not really looking for a party person.
The room is a decent size double bedroom, (it is the downstairs front room). The rent includes council tax, and bills are extra and currently work out at £37. 50 a month which includes gas, electricity, broadband, water etc.
