Double Bedroom In Roath £230 Per Month

I'm moving away from Cardiff as I'm relocating for a new job, absolutely gutted to be leaving the amazing house and the girls!!!

The property has 4 double bedrooms, a dining room, separate living room, Kitchen, bathroom, a second toilet downstairs and a garden too.
It's a beautiful house with wooden floors.
The girls that live here are all professionals between the ages of 22-28 and it's crucial for council tax reasons that the 4th person will be a professional. It's a really sociable house and often we all cook together.

The rent is £230 per month, council tax is about £30 per month, internet is about £5 per month and other bills are paid quarterly but no more than about £30-40 per month ( in the colder months).

I will be moving out towards the end of october, though this could be a little earlier.
