Available early June 2015. I have a lovely, bright, double room to rent in my end of terrace house in Fairwater. It's a bright, airy, clean property with a good size garden and brand new kitchen.

The price also includes a separate living room, complete with sofa, coffee table, shelving and dining table.

Very good public transport links (bus stop 30 metres away with buses every 10 minutes to Cardiff city centre, city line train station 10 min walk) and around 10 mins drive from M4.

I'm looking for someone around my age, professional, preferably female. Definitely no smokers and preferably no party animals! Speaking of animals, I have a cat - he's very friendly!
