SOCIAL housemate wanted.

The house has good dynamics at the moment. There's a teacher (me), personal trainer, retail manager, bar supervisor and events manager currently living in the house.

We all get on well and on the weekends often have nights out together.

The house is pretty relaxed during the week as we all have quite demanding jobs. Although that's not saying we all hide in our rooms and don't do anything. We are all sociable so spend a lot of time in the living room and kitchen.

The house: It's nice, a typical rented property with a brand new kitchen and shower room down stairs, another shower and bath upstairs. The garden is a good size and has just been cleared out.

The contract has a minimum of 3 months which could benefit some people.

I messed up with some of the earlier details and can't change them now.
