One Double Bedroom To Rent Near City Centre

We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom house near the City Centre as our current housemate is moving out due to work commitments. The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (the tall mirrored one) and our housemate is happy to sell the secondary wardrobe and chest of drawers to the new tenant if required. The rest of the house is also fully furnished. A lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle. We have a nice rear garden, which is part decking, part grass and gets the sun most of the day - good for summer barbecuing!
The house has full Virgin TV and broadband package, and everything is included in the monthly rental. (Gas & Electric, Water Rates, Council Tax, TV Licence & Contents Insurance.)
Current housemates are Ashley, 24 and Hayley, 26 and Hayley's dog Cooper, so not ideal if you don't like dogs. (He's allowed the run downstairs but not allowed upstairs so you wouldn't come home to find him on your bed.) We're pretty sociable people, both professionals, looking for a new tenant who's looking for a home as opposed to a room.
