I have a beautiful double bedroom for rent in a two bedroom flat I live in, 10 mins walk to Cardiff central station and also the Bay!
I have two friendly cats too! :)
This flat is a MUST SEE and it's a large two double bedroom at a very good price. The double room for rent has it's on en-suite bathroom with shower too!
You will be sharing with me - 27 yr old female professional- Opera singer and singing teacher.
I'm bubbly, easygoing and fun and enjoy keeping a clean and tidy flat!
The flat comes furnished already - and there is furniture in the bedroom for rent incl a walk in wardrobe.
The flat has under floor heating/dishwasher and just powered by electricity so bills are reasonable!
Great to have a flatmate who's tidy & sociable but also likes to have their own time too Easygoing at home but enjoys nights out with friends too!
Would suit another young female professional. Also need to be a cat lover and sorry no students.
