Room to Rent Close to City Centre

Hiya :)

I am seeking to move out of my house this month and therefore need to find a replacement housemate..

The house itself it fine – well maintained; the only reason I’m moving out is due to work commitments and relocating.

The house is 5 beds so there would be you and 4 others (2 males, 2 females), and although it’s quite a big house, ironically it’s very peaceful!

Everybody works different hours and are generally quite busy so it’s not often everybody is in at one time, however there tends to be always someone around at one point if you ever want to chill or have a natter or cinema or dine out or whatever.

Location: Splott (apprx. 10-15mins walk from the town Centre; excellent public transport links close by; and parking outside the house if you drive).

Costs (on an individual basis):

Rent - £250pm
Bills - £50pm (gas/ electric/ water/ broadband)
Council Tax - Apprx. £20pm
