Lovely double room near Heath/Gabalfa

Hello! We are looking for a friendly professional who would like to share our beautiful home. We have 1 spacious double room available for only £310 a month incl bills except council tax, which is shared separately. The house is big and we have a cosy wee living room and kitchen that looks onto the back garden. We all share one big main bathroom and there's a second toilet downstairs. There's also extra storage out back for bikes and we're only a minute or two cycle from the taff trail.
