To move in as soon as possible , I am looking for a clean and tidy professional to live in my refurbished 3 bedroom end of terrace house. It comes with off road parking, a good rear garden and has been decorated just over three years ago. It's located down a dead end road so there's little to no traffic giving you a good sense of privacy.
It's a short walk to all local amenities and not far from the city center. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets and department stores on Newport road. Also bus links are in very close proximity. There is easy access to the back side of Cardiff central train station and Cardiff Queen street as well.
The current occupant is friendly, clean & tidy and works as a chef so maybe opportunity for a nice meal! Rent is £450 monthly including bills, plus this property will only have a maximum of two out of the three bedrooms occupied at any time. Also no preference on male or female. Thanks for looking.
