Double room available in friendly, modern flat

I have a bedroom available in a 2 bed modern flat, with double bed and own private bathroom.
Sharing with a young, friendly couple. There is a large kitchen lounge, with enough room for friends/family to stay over (if they don't mind couch surfing or blow up beds) :D
There is a good size balcony with water views, which catches the sun until it sets. You also have private access from your bedroom to the balcony.
You have your own private bathroom. It has a bath tub and power shower.
All bills will be included in the rent, so no extra expenses.
There is occasional parking available outside the flat which is secured by private parking (I'm sorry but we already use the current space allocated to the flat). However, there is a secure free parking area across the road too, so you'll never not have anywhere to park.

And now the icing on the cake - you have access to TWO gyms, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room - all included in the price, as all recently renovated! So no need to pay for an overpriced gym anymore!!

We are a friendly couple (I'm a keen cook and love having company, Phil is a keen fisher and spends any good weekend either on his boat or fixing it...). We are happy to share our flat with someone who likes a bit of socialising, who is neat and courteous of other people and their belongings.

The flat is available to share for 5 months, as we will then be moving. So you can fully occupy the flat yourself or get another flat mate when we leave at the end of May.
