Good size single room in great location

I have a good size single room available in a 3 bed semi detached house in the Llanishen area of Cardiff on a Monday - Friday basis. As I work away a lot the lucky lodger will pretty much have the house to themselves. Kitchen has cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and plenty of freezer space. Cosy living room with gas fire, Sky TV and wireless broadband. Dining room also has a small sofa and TV. Modern bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Bedroom has a triple wardrobe and a small desk and chair however this can be taken out if preferred. Private garden and patio which is a lovely sunny area when the sun shines! Private driveway which can hold 3 cars.

Rent is inclusive of bills (council tax only included if you are registered at another address). Bedding and towels can be provided if required. I have bought a new bed/mattress since the pictures were taken so it is a bit more grown up now! Bus stop is just outside the house and the local train station is about 1/2 mile away which only takes about 10 minutes to get you right into the city centre. Large supermarket is just up the road with other local amenities within walking distance.

I would consider a 7 day let if it was for short term only. Rent would have to be increased to cover the additional days.
