Lovely Double Room Short Term Let

I'm very sad to be leaving my beautiful sunny double room and fab housemates in Cardiff but am moving to London to start a new job at the beginning of January.

The Room:
Beautiful, bright, quiet, furnished (comes with wardrobe, bed/mattress, bedside table, chair and chest of drawers shown in photographs). It gets the light all day and looks over the garden at the back of the house. It has a lovely wooden floor and small pretty fireplace. There is also a small additional storage room next door to it with another chest of drawers you would be free to use.

The House:
Is huge, with lots of shared space. 3 bedrooms, 1 lovely modern bathroom with superb shower, beautiful if slightly wild garden, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, living room, dining room, high speed internet.

Location:
The house is just off Whitchurch Road near the Gabalfa roundabout. Takes about 30 mins to walk into town but there are regular buses from various nearby stops. Co-Op/Sainsburys are both 5 mins walk away. The street is mostly quiet, residential and a lot less studenty than nearby Cathays/Roath.

Very close to a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, takeaways, charity shops etc.

Current Housemates:
One boy (Chris), one girl (Laura), both lovely - both in their 30s, both professionals who treat the house as a home (it belongs to one of my good friends so we take good care of it). We do all have our own lives but often socalise together in the evening over dinner and various trashy TV shows.

Rent/bills:
Comes to £450 pcm, bills included. Please note this is a SHORT TERM LET, for 3 months. Our landlady and her family are due back from Australia in April so the house will need to be vacated then.

You:
Clean, tidy, considerate, friendly, respectful of the house and your housemates, up for a glass of wine (or 3) with Chris or to offer constructive feedback on Laura's amazing home baking. Ideally looking for someone who has their own life and interests but is easy to be around when everyone's together.
