Rent a room in a 4 bedroom house with other 2 frie

Looking for a 3rd person to share a 4 bedroom house with 2 friends ( 1 male & 1 female, in our early 30s). Working professional, easy going, tidy, friendly. The house is available to rent until the 1st of September 2015. The house is on Llanishen street, very nice area in Heath, near Heath Hospital. The house has 4 bedrooms, refurbished, well presented. The house will be unfurnished, however will have the kitchen with all the usual appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, hob, microwave . The rent is £700 which will be shared between us all equally + bills. Council tax is about £100 per month. Plese get in touch if you interested.
