Double room to rent, Crwys Road Cardiff

I am moving out of my room at the end of March and I'm looking for a clean, friendly person to rent my room until the end of June.

The flat is nice and quiet and we like to keep it tidy. Rent is very affordable and bills do not come to much. The room has a very comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. My flatmate is very friendly and extremely easy to live with. She is great for a chat but will also give you your own space.

The location is excellent, in walking distance of town and Cardiff University, plus there is a bus stop just outside the flat. Co-operative is a 30 second walk away and Sainsbury's is nearby too on Woodville Road.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the flat, but unfortunately I have to move home while I finish my PhD prior to getting a job, so the room will be available for this reason.

If you wish to stay beyond June, this might be possible. It would need to be discussed with the landlady, who is very friendly and helpful.
