Hi We are two professional Males, Stephen (Physio) and Sean (Animal Nutritionist).
Our current house is being sold so we are looking for a new house to rent. Our two current female housemates have decided to move in with their boyfriends, so we are looking for two sociable, tidy, professional females to keep the Male/Female Balance.
Both myself(Irish) and Stephen(Welsh) are both sociable, Like to keep active with sports, going to the gym, Enjoy a night out at the weekends but keep it relatively chilled during the week.
We are looking to pay around £400 a month bills included.
We have been living in Pontcanna/Canton for a year now and really like the area, Its close to the city centre, Plenty of cool bars and restaurants close by. So ideally we are looking to stay around this area.
