Room available

Double room available in a 5 bedroom house. 4 girls (2 students and 2 professionals) currently living here. Our other housemate had work commitments at home so had to move out.

The house is a pretty typical Cathays Victorian property, we are all clean and tidy :) there is a large lounge, kitchen and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.

The room available is at the back of the house on the first floor. It is light and airy. The room has a double bed, a chest of draws, a wardrobe, a mirror and a lovely little fire place. There is also a desk under the stairs it you want it in the room.

We all get on really well and are looking for a lovely new housemate :) we currently pay 30-35 pounds a month for bills which include gas, electric, water and internet.
