Room 8 is available now in this 8-bed house in Roath. The house is intended mainly for young professionals, but we're happy to accept students who prefer to live in a more professional house as well. We are looking for a female simply to keep a reasonable balance of men and women.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with small double beds, desk and chair and plenty of clothes storage space. There is one large kitchen / living room and a smaller kitchen on the 1st floor. There is a full bathroom and also a newly fitted out shower room, and a third toilet. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is a washing machine and a tumble drier.
Outside there is a garden with table and chairs, plenty of space for a BBQ, and a secure bike shed.

This house on Moy Road is just under 3/4 mile to Cardiff Uni and a mile to the city centre. The comprehensive selection of shops in Albany Road is just around the corner, together with all the takeaways you could ever need, and Roath Park recreation ground is a few mins the other way.
