I have a fully furnished small double room available to rent in a lovely location just off the main Street in Splott, 10 minute walk from City Centre and 10 minute walk from the bay, 2 minutes to shops and takeaways.

The house is a 4 bedroom houseshare with 3 housemates already there, Lawrence and Tom, both professional looking for some laid-back but sociable housemates to share with.

House has shared kitchen and living room, garden, ample parking and has bathroom downstairs and toilet upstairs.

The rooms, 1 smaller double on the 1st floor which will be £275 per month. The rent includes council tax but the housemates pay around £25 each per month for gas and electric.
