Double room in cathays

Double room available in a 5 bed house. 4 girls (2 students 2 professionals) currently living here. Our other housemate had work commitments at home so had to move
out.

The house is a pretty typical cathays Victorian property, we are all clean and tidy :) there's a large lounge and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The room available is at the back on the first floor. It has a double bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a cute little fireplace. A desk is under the stairs if you wanted it :)

We all get on really well and are looking for a lovely new housemate :) we currently pay between 30-35 a month bills (gas, electric, internet and water).
