It comprises of a kitchen, downstairs W. C, living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a bathroom (used by these two rooms only) and a garden area.

The living room has leather sofas, a TV and Sky TV (inc Sports) and Sky Wireless Broadband throughout the house.

The total inc. bills & council tax is max £430pcm but we are open to negotiation.
