I’m the current tenant and i’m looking for someone to take my room.
The rent is 300 per month including internet and water bills.
The room is very spacious (more than 20 m2 !) and really sunny (It’s at the first floor, I have a bow window and an other window as well).
The house is situated in Colum Road, just near the business school (24/24 library) and the law library.
As well you’ll take 5 minutes to reach the main building of Cardiff uni and 15 minutes to reach the city center.
The house is available now and the contract ends the 20th June (but you can stay longer).
The landlord only accept students.
