Looking For A Roomie

Looking for someone to fill in for me, I have to leave due to getting a new job out of the city, tenancy is up may 10th so no bond will need to be paid as that's covered by me already just don't want to leave my flat mate in the lurch.
Gorgeous 2 bed flat with large living area, large kitchen, bath with shower .the bills are pretty cheap it's 25 a month-water bill split between both
Also has gas an electric meter so pay for what you use and council tax is 117 a month split between both ,also ,current flat mate works two jobs so rarely at the flat. Free Sky TV also as flat mate works for sky
