SHORT TERM LET for 3 months possibly 4 months: 1 large double room available £350. We have a newly renovated double room for rent. We are one male one female and enjoy having nights in and some (not often) nights out, cooking, movie nights and our cats.. We are looking for someone who can reflect this and fit right in.. a mature professional/student who is fun, enjoys socialising and likes pets.
