Hello there!

My room is available for a short term let whilst I'm away on tour; May till mid-August with a bit of wiggle room.

Looking for a non-smoking, clean, friendly and considerate housemate who likes to have a laugh.

You'd be living with a friendly bunch of chaps; Matty, Rob and Henry; making a total of four people in the house.

Interests include alternative comedy, outdoor activities, climbing, cycling, fitness, yoga, dancing, art, literature, sport, watching the occasional Netflix film - that is - spending two hours browsing and deciding what to watch.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off Cyncoed Road featuring...

* Large, furnished lounge
* Separate garage and separate workshop
* Large kitchen with communal table (includes dishwasher and all utensils you need)
* Spacious garden with beautiful trees
* Plenty of storage in conservatory behind lounge for bikes or boards etc

Location

*The basic essential shops are 3 minutes walk around the corner - Co-op food, newsagent, post office and the like
* Bus stop to town 3 minutes walk away
* Heath train station is a 20 minute walk
* Only a 20 minute walk or short bike ride to Cardiff Met Cyncoed
* Aldi isn't far...or if you're feeling plush, Waitrose is just a little further

Cost

* The cost of the room is £310 including all bills, a fortnightly cleaner, unlimited broadband and multiple Netflix accounts
* Bond is £150
* No agency fees

Please note deposit and one month's rent would be required upfront.
