2 double rooms available next to each other , living with 2 other sociable fun girls, nice cosy house. bills are around £50-70 a month but since we have lived there they have been a lot cheaper. Washing machine and tumble dryer available. Also has a spare double room for guests. Contract until June 2015. Professionals are welcome with council tax being £55 if both people moving in are professional, if only 1 is professional it will be £85 a month , parking is available and is free no permit required, close to cardiff uni and buses available to cardiff met but cyncoed campus is walkable. Also walkable to Heath hospital. 2 bathrooms available shower over bath and separate shower.
