The room is a large double room, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table.

Rent is £290 a month (Wi-fi, water and council tax Included). A deposit of £100 is required. The cost of the electricity and gas bills are split between every person in the house, every 3 months.

You have full access to the kitchen, with a shelf in the fridge and a cupboard allocated to you. You also have a free parking space outside the house.

The house is shared with 3 other people. All are friendly but everyone keeps to themselves, respecting each others space.
