1 room available in a house of 8 for 1 semester commencing September 2015 (I am going on exchange to Hong Kong for this semester so looking for someone to have my room!)

Great, fun group of students from Cardiff university(5 boys 2 girls) in a fantastic house, was re-done last year so all new furnishings. Located on Mackintosh Place, with easy access to shops, restaurants and pubs, it is only a 15 minute walk from Cardiff University and is on a major bus route.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, 2 fridge freezers, range cooker, kettle and microwave, as well as a breakfast bar. It also comes with all the basics like pans, pots, plates and mugs. The kitchen extends into the living area with sofas and a wall mounted TV.
All 8 bedrooms come with a chest of drawers, desk, chair, double bed and built in wardrobe. There are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. The room available is a great sized one (one of the nicest in the house!) on the ground floor.

£328/month with wifi and TV included, other bills not included.

Would be ideal for an exchange student coming to Cardiff for the term.
