Double room in lovely shared house near the centre

Newly decorated/furnished house(2013). Room includes double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The house is fully furnished to a high standard, it's divided between 2 floors with a bathroom and kitchen on each and a living room on the ground floor.
The house is close proximity to the town centre as well as Cardiff Univisity
Due to personal reasons I'm having to move out, but love the girls I live with, all students either in their 2nd or 3rd year at Cardiff University. All really easy to get on with and we socialise together in evenings.
I'm looking for a student to replace me, ideally female.
