Beautifully furnished house, Cathays, 3 months

This is a fully furnished double bedroom in a beautiful flat in Cathays. Situated in a quiet street opposite a primary school, it is very peaceful and yet minutes from the university or the city centre.

You will be an equal tenant with full access to all rooms and belongings which include: a good quality shower, bath, on road parking, gas central heating, a home gym, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen and – my favourite - a home cinema projector and sound system.

As for me, I am a 30 year old doctoral student in economics looking for someone clean and tidy to take over my room while I am away in Melbourne for 3 months. I can be flexible on the dates to accommodate you.

You will be living with Rolando, my brilliant flatmate, who is clean and tidy and lovely, of course you can come visit and meet her before making up your mind.
